Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Refunds

We do offer refunds for eligible orders. Once your refund request has been approved, please allow:

• 2–3 business days for the refund to be processed
• 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
